Refunds/Returns:
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately after this time we can’t offer you a refund or exchange of your item.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some of our products are one off items and can’t be replaced, in this case you will be offered a refund if applicable.
Damaged goods:
Any items damaged during delivery need to be photographed in the state they were delivered in and a copy emailed to us at: morganlefaynz@gmail.com
All damaged items are to be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Sales items do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Returns:
All returns are at buyers expense. Shipping costs are non refundable.
