Shipping timeframe:

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our store to the destination. NZ deliveries generally take 3-5 business days to reach their destination. Keeping in mind our courier doesn’t deliver weekends.

Restrictions:
We only ship to physical addresses, we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Tracking:
We send tracking information when parcels are shipped using the contact information you have provided - we take no responsibility for incorrect information.

Undelivered/ Lost / Damaged Parcels:
Whilst all care is taken to ensure parcels are delivered in a timely manner and great care is taken when packaging orders we have no control over what happens to the parcels once they leave our store. If in the unlikely event you do not receive your parcel in 10 business days (NZ) or your package arrives damaged please contact us morganlefaynz@gmail.com and if required we will lodge a claim with the delivery provider.

Signature Required:
ALL of our parcels are “Signature Required” however rural deliveries may be left with no signature at the courier drivers discretion.
